By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.
Pre-order means you're requesting to purchase and item before it is available for sale. We'll produce the item for you after receiving the payment. Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellation on pre-orders that are placed.
The time indicated for the production is only indicative. Pre-order will only be shipped at the stated release date or shortly after.
If you purchase a pre-order item along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives. If you would like your item/s to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two separate purchases.
We accept Paypal and Credit Card.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties are not included in the price you pay with us. As a customer you will be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country/region. There may be a chance that you will have to pay import duties when you come to pick up your order (or even at a later date, depending on the customs authority). Please note that we don't have visibility of customs costs.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING
We progress your order for shipping as soon as possible. Please note that after your order has been received, we can not change the delivery address. Control your address details in any case before placing your order!
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, for Europe we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days (*weekends and holidays excluded) of its ship date. International shipping takes 2-3 days with Express Service and 15 days with Economy Service.
Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer during sale periods.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Bluetiful Milano is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties.
Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Please contact us within 14 days for returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This helps to ensure that we can resell the products. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You can return your item/s without specifying any reasons.
In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform us by email at email@example.com
This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
We may withhold the repayment until we have received the returned goods back.
You have to return the goods immediately and in any case not later than seven days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We suggest to consider the use of a trackable shipping service.
It is VERY important that you add your name and order number to the parcel.
Currently, all International orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Bluetiful Milano is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Pre-order and Sample Sale can’t be returned.
Please note that all refunds must have our prior approval.
Once we received your item/s, we will get in touch with you directly through the email address that you used for placing the order. We will then confirm the return and either provide the corresponding voucher or confirm the processing of the refund, depending on each case.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

SALE ITEMS and SPECIAL OFFERS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and special offers cannot be
refunded for change of mind. We can offer you a credit on sale items. Credit notes are valid for 6
months from the date of issue. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Gift card are non-refundable and nonexchangeable. They are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
